To conduct a needs assessment with the individual.

To identify the type of employment the client with a disability wishes to pursue in the open labor market.

To identify a suitable employer.

To prepare a suitable job description (Decided by the Job Coach and Employer).

To provide any necessary support and coaching in the workplace.

To implement for each client a specific exit strategy leading to independent employment in the open labor market.

To provide an after care/on call service for participants and employers when the need arises
